For Authors

• Address reviewers’ suggestions and comments diligently. Revise your manuscript carefully and submit the revised paper by the 29th of June, the latest.

• To include your paper in the proceedings of ECCE 2026 at least one of the authors must register for the conference by the 29th of June, the latest.

• One registration can cover up to three (3) papers on which they are an author or co-author. The registration must include the corresponding paper ID(s).

• Carefully go through the Process Overview and the Detailed Instructions.

ACM research integrity check

ACM has introduced a new state-of-the-art research integrity system to check accepted papers for any integrity problems before publication in the conference proceedings. All accepted papers will be checked for the following:

• AI-generated text (to identify the use of generative AI tools in a paper)
• Over-citation (checks for disproportionate citation of individual authors)
• Tortured phrases (checks for substitution of technical terms to avoid plagiarism detection: e.g. “fluffy reasoning” for “fuzzy logic”)
• Similarity score (plagiarism check)
• Retracted papers in references (checks for this signal of possible papermill activity)

These checks are mandatory for all conferences published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series.
